because when you live for the moment, there are no traces of the past to compare your present against, there's no future to comprehend, watch out and worry about. the least you can do is get used to the what's given now and be happy with it... then you can be just about be alright with anything.

and i believe Life is at its best when you stop thinking about it. So is soul's content.
