NOT in the fan club. dont' know what ppl see so much in it. maybe cos i'm a serius critic of EVERYTHING. it's not as good as they say.. i will give you my reasons.

1. too many loose ends
2. codes are pretty lame, except the ones that involve language
3. ending that is so disapointing
4. i intepret flowery explanations to make up for the lack of a 'story'
5. etc etc

Perfect Example 4 DEADLOCKS!

Guys, don’t take this as serious offence. Just an observation ok!
This is what I’ve been thinking when I studied OS. Ppl who DID study already know what a deadlock is. For those who didn’t:

“In a multiprogramming environment, when several processors compete for a finite amount of resources, a set of processors are set to be in a deadlock when every process in the set is waiting for an event that can be caused by only another process in the set”

4 conditions that needs to be present for a deadlock situation:

Mutual exclusion – at least one resource must be held in a non sharable mode
Hold and wait – one process must hold at least one resource and waiting to acquire resources held by other processors
No preemption – a resource can only be released voluntarily
Circular wait – processors wait in a circular manner to acquire resources


Analysis:

Processors: GUYS
Resources: GIRLS!

Now read it again.. Makes a lot of sense!!!!!!!!!!!!

i want to write a book

my thoughts need to be written down. i think a lot. blog things doesn't work. So many thoughts cross my mind. I wonder if others think a lot too, or if it’s just me who’s crazy.
I love to write a book. I wanna read it when I’m old…. No no I can’t have a diary. I HATE it. “Dear Diary,….” Ew!! Soooooo gode!
I mean something like an autobiography. Not for publishing purposes. But then again I want it to be “good piece of work”. Wish I could write like gamindu!! Autobiography is a book written about yourself by your own. Biography is written by someone else about your life. In case you didn’t know the difference, now you do.
There’s no ‘someone else’ who knows me well enough.

Seems like fun. Lets see..
